Working!! 13 DVD is OUT!!!

It’s been a long time, and yes, we’re finally done with Working!! Wow, 18 months… It’s been that long, huh? We’re very sorry for the very long delay of the final episode. Are you guys still here or you jump ship a long time ago? To those who actually waited, thank you for you patience and thank you to Muon who continued to translate for us and everyone who participated and cheered on the project. And… enough of the emotional talk! Let’s talk about the release!
Episode 13 is focused more between Souta and Mahiru’s relationship. Is Mahiru finally cured of her fear of men? Or is Souta gonna get another fist to the face? Is Souta really in love with Mahiru or is he still obsessed with small and cute things? All of these questions will be answered in this episode. One thing is for sure though, is Working!! is not yet over. Working!! Season 2 will begin this Fall 2011 and it will have new characters, new challenges, and more character development for Souma, Satou, and the ever-wonderful YAMADA.
BLU-RAY VERSION – Working!! Blu-ray version is said to be released this August 2011. Are we going to do the BD version? If our encoder is back, yes. If not, you have to wait until next year because that will be the time our new four core PC is fully operational. Or until we find another encoder to download and encode Working!! BD for us.
DVD BATCH TORRENTS (h.264 and XviD) – We will not re-encode the episodes, so don’t expect any improvements in the audio and video department. We’re not sure when we’ll release the official batch torrents because we’re still re-translating episodes 10-11. Really, we’re not sure! If you really want to know a hint on the possible ETA, read this chat log:

how bad are episodes 10-11?
i was waiting for the complete batch….. i love this show…. loved…. i think i stopped at like 6 or something for some reason and didn’t like the subs from any one ells at the time, i ges i could go back and download all of them if the batch is really far off. but i would prefer a complete batch sooner then the end of the world. rofl well hopefully the complete batch will be out before the show is dubed.

It may have taken awhile, but nobody else has finished DVD-rips for this show, either. What I really find amusing is that back when this was airing, various people on BakaBT said that there was no need to accept a TV release, because the DVDs themselves were on an accelerated schedule and were due to be completely released by September or October 2010. And yet here we are in August 2011, and of the three other groups that completely subbed Wagnaria!!, two have not released any DVD-rips at all, while one has released two eps.
Meanwhile, NIS America licensed the show and C&Ded BakaBT, so no version will ever be uploaded there.
